MG Law: Leading Clients to Justice
MG Law represents personal injury victims and their families throughout Georgia. Our offices are located in Conyers, Covington, and Atlanta. Our firm provides legal representation in personal injury matters such as car accidents, truck accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, slip and falls, wrongful death, and nursing home negligence.
At MG Law, we understand that going through a personal injury lawsuit can be frustrating, disorienting, and challenging. Injury victims must contend with battles with insurance companies and at-fault parties while balancing their day-to-day obligations with making time to attend to their medical needs. What’s more, personal injury cases, such as car accidents, are often someone’s first encounter with an unfamiliar legal system. We seek to help our clients through the legal process by clearly communicating with and educating them about their cases and what they can expect going forward.
Our team understands the importance of everyone’s constitutional right to a trial by jury in civil cases. Instead of routinely seeking to simply settle every case, we prepare each case with the expectation that it may be necessary to take the matter to trial to get a fair result for our clients.
Our team works efficiently and diligently to help ensure our clients receive the maximum compensation entitled to them under the law. We appreciate that many of our clients depend on the outcome of their cases, and we seek to resolve the legal matters as quickly as possible to empower clients to begin moving forward with and rebuilding their lives.
At MG Law, we leverage the power of collaboration and respect to help secure a favorable outcome for our clients. As an extension of these values, we routinely give back to and work with the community by volunteering our time, donating charitable contributions, and engaging in pro bono legal work. The Georgia Pro Bono Project named Michael Geoffroy “Lawyer of the Month” in April 2012 for his contributions to the disenfranchised. Michael has also served on numerous boards in Georgia, such as the Covington YMCA Board. Chris Stastny served on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice in law school. He continues his work for helping the injured by tirelessly fighting for them in court and engaging in MG Law’s community outreach endeavors.
Our team focuses on serving Georgia clients who have been injured by the careless acts of others and who need to be put back to where they were before the accident. Our clients include children, grandparents, mothers, fathers, brothers, veterans, first responders, teachers, and anyone who has suffered due to no fault of their own. We are proud to help clients fight for justice, and we value their faith and trust in us as their champion in the court of law.
